Join us for a relaxed evening of Italian cooking! You’ll practically feel the breeze of the Adriatic Sea as you get lost in these simple, but delicious flavors! Our chef will guide you through the menu as you create your own Italian feast to enjoy at the end of the evening. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Fig, Goat Cheese, and Prosciutto Crostini- the classic Italian appetizer with an updated twist
Pork Chop with Roasted Grapes– rustic seared pork chop finished with roasted grapes and pan jus
Pumpkin Risotto– warm and creamy risotto accompanies this robust pork chop
Red Wine Poached Pears- served with sweetened, whipped mascarpone and toasted almonds
Adults: $60 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
