From Scratch Butternut Ravioli

Perfect for chilly weather, learn to make ravioli from scratch! We will make pasta dough and stuff our pasta pockets with creamy butternut squash and nutmeg ricotta filling. Then we’ll make a toasted walnut, bacon, and sage brown butter sauce in which to bathe our ravioli. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
