A Coco Inspired Afternoon

Grab your friends and family and come to JAX Cooking Studio! Spend an afternoon cooking up the magic of Coco! Starting with sugar skull empanadas with queso, then moving to chicken quesadilla and black bean salad, and finishing with cinnamon sugar churros! This is be a family fun event inspired by the heartwarming movie Coco. Complimentary pineapple aguas frescas and wine will be served during this cooking event!!!

Menu:
Sugar Skull Empanadas – Beef filled empanadas that look like Mexican Sugar Skulls
Poblano Queso – To dip your empanadas in!
Quesadilla de Hector – Cheesy chicken nestled in a flour tortilla
Guest Made Pico for the Quesadilla
Black Bean Salad – A side dish for your quesadilla
Cinnamon and Sugar Churros

Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 14 years or older
$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*
$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
