Learn to apply classic French cooking techniques in making fresh seafood dishes and a decadent Grand Marnier crème brûlée. This menu was specially developed to showcase French cooking methods and explore the sophisticated flavors that can be crafted from grocery store ingredients. Wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
