Julia Child is one of the most beloved culinarians of our time! Chefs and home-cooks alike have drawn inspiration from her over the years. Join us in the studio for an evening of fun, cooking some of Julia’s most loved dishes! From a fresh salmon tart to hearty steak au poivre and scalloped potatoes, we’ll end the night with a sweet crème brûlée. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Smoked Salmon Tart with Goat Cheese, Tomatoes, and Fresh Arugula
Pan Seared Steak Au Poivre – Seared steak with creamy brandy sauce
Oven Roasted Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce
Scalloped Potatoes – Thinly sliced potatoes with a cheesy cream sauce
Classic Crème Brûlée with Fresh Berries

Pricing:
$85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
