Transport yourself to a quaint Parisian cafe with this immersive, hands-on class. We will teach you the art of creating both sweet and savory French Pastries from scratch. Perfect for pastry lovers and baking enthusiasts, this class promises a delicious and educational experience. Complimentary mimosas, coffee, and wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Quiche Lorriane – Filled with gruyere cheese and bacon with guest made crust
Cherry Clafoutis – Classic custard-like dish with dark cherries and dusted with powdered sugar
Savory Palmier – Delicious puff pastry filled with fig jam, goat cheese, and fresh basil
Pâte à Choux for Eclairs – a delicate pastry dough used in many French pastries

$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
