Enjoy a fun afternoon at JAX Cooking Studio learning some tips and tricks on how to prepare an authentic Southeast Asian small plates. Sample some of the most flavorful, fresh dishes these countries have to offer. Starting with fan favorite spring rolls and shrimp dumplings, then moving on to a Bahn mi sandwich and cucumber salad, then finishing with mango sticky rice. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Har Gow — Steamed shrimp and chive dumpling with soy dipping sauce
Veggie Spring Rolls — Lightly fried spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and served with sweet chili sauce
Bahn Mi — Vietnamese sandwich of pork meatballs and fresh veggies with a spicy sauce
Cucumber Avocado Salad — Thai side salad of crispy cucumber, avocado, red onion, and peanuts
Mango Sticky Rice — Sweet way to end the class, with fresh mango

Pricing:
$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
