Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! We will also make a delicious lemon-pepper salmon with couscous and veggies. We will finish the evening with a beautiful crème bruleè!

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.

Our chef guides you through making the recipes. Just like our in-studio classes, you ask questions of the chef and show off your cooking!
