Rich in history and food, escape to Verona for the night! In this class we’ll be learning art of cooking classic Italian dishes that will be sure to please the palate. From learning how to make a perfect seared steak to delicious but easy desserts, we will cook and share the secrets of Italian lifestyle cooking. Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook. Fritto Misto – Lightly fried calamari and shrimp with lemon garlic aioli sauce
Pan Seared Sirloin Steak with Arugula and Torn Herb Truffle Salad
Rich Red Wine Risotto with Mushrooms, Mascarpone, and Fresh Herbs
Roasted Green Beans with Garlic and Lemon
Italian Pear Cake with House Made Whipped Cream

Pricing:
$85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
