In this fun hands-on class, you will learn to roll sushi on mat and to artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints, you will learn how easy it is to make sushi in your own kitchen! Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.

*Spicy Tuna Avocado Roll — Simple yet delicious tuna elevated with avocado and sriracha mayo
*Philadelphia Roll — a rolled sushi made with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber
Shrimp Tempura Roll — This is an inside out roll made with lightly fried shrimp, cucumber and avocado
Tempura Vegetables — Assorted vegetables lightly fried and served with yum yum sauce
Japanese House Salad — Often served at Hibachi restaurants, this ginger dressing will be made by guest
Pricing:
Adults or children over the age of 14 coming alone: $60 per person
Bring a child up to age 14 with a Registered Adult for $40. (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please).
