Eclairs and Cream Puffs

If you have always wanted to make your own eclairs and cream puffs, this class is for you! Our Pastry Chef will teach you to make pâte à choux, the light pastry dough that forms the base of all these delicious tender pastries. Guests will make some of each pastry to take home. Please bring containers to carry your tasty creations home.

Children up to 14 years old with a Registered Adult: $40 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. If you and your child would like to each make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
