Explore the deliciousness of contemporary Mexican cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you to make a skillet-queso that will leave you wanting to scrape up every last bit with tortilla chips! Then we move on to the entree–fish tacos with pico de gallo and cilantro lime slaw. We finish on a sweet note with fried ice cream and guest made whip cream.
Complimentary lemonade will be served.

Menu:
Poblano Skillet Queso — poblano peppers have amazing flavor without a large amount of heat, and they make this skillet queso extra special! Served with tortilla chips.
SoCal Fish Tacos — seared white fish with cilantro lime slaw.
Guacamole and Pico de Gallo — Learn how quick and simple it is to make both guacamole and Pico for your fish tacos!
House Made Cilantro Rice
Fried Ice Cream — Guest learn how to safety fry off these sweet treats!
