In this class, you will get hands on experience making homemade pasta and forming it into ravioli. From the pasta to the meat sauce, our chef will show you how to make each component from scratch to create the ultimate comfort food! You’ll be eating the masterpiece you create for dinner, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chopped Italian Salad
Homemade Pasta
Ricotta and Mozzarella Cheese Ravioli
Bolognese Sauce
Chocolate Mousse with House-made Whipped Cream

Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 14 years or older
$120: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*
$175: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
