From fresh seafood to fragrant herbs and spices, we’ll show you how to create a meal that perfectly captures the essence of Marseille. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Salade Nicoise – a fresh and flavorful salad featuring tuna, olives, tomatoes, and boiled eggs
Bouillabaisse – a hearty and flavorful fish soup infused with the flavors of saffron, fennel, and garlic that is a staple of Marseille cuisine
Oven Toasted French Baguettes – rubbed with garlic and topped with freshly grated Gruyere and a dab of rouille
Tarte Tatin – a caramelized apple tart, featuring flaky pastry and a sweet and delicious caramel sauce

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
