Enjoy a fun evening making a delectable crab ravioli and velvety shrimp cream sauce from scratch with fresh arugula garnish! The Chef will guide you through correctly shaping, cutting, rolling, and filling our pasta creations and then you roll up your sleeves and craft your own meal. Don’t miss this chance to impress your senses and your loved ones with a masterclass in seafood excellence.  Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Classic Caprese – Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil
Pasta Dough from Scratch – Learn the tricks of the trade for making the perfect pasta dough
Crab Ravioli – Crab, ricotta, garlic, and fresh herbs
Shrimp Cream Sauce – With onions, garlic, parmesan, and fresh herbs
House-made Garlic Bread – To soak up every bite

Pricing:
$80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
