The Amalfi coast is known for their distinctive architecture, clear blue seas, seafood, and lemons! Escape to JAX Cooking Studio for the morning to make an Italian inspired brunch. The menu savored by Italian locals includes a lemon avocado toast, a shrimp and polenta brunch dish, and a house favorite–lemon cake. As you treat yourself to a true gastronomic experience, sip on mimosas, coffee, and wine during the cooking experience.

Lemon and Avocado Toast with a Soft Boiled Egg, Sliced Radish, and Bacon
Pan Seared Shrimp with a Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce
Creamy Polenta with Arugula and Tomato Salad
Oven Roasted Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan
Luscious Lemon, Almond Flour, and Olive Oil Cake

Price:
$70 per ticket
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
