Cooking Basics Boot Camp

Is your New Year’s resolution to become more confident in the kitchen? In this class we’ll learn basic cooking methods and techniques to kickstart you in the right direction. From knife skills, to searing, to making a vinaigrette, cheese sauce, and pie crust, this class is suitable for the beginner cook or those who simply want a refresher. We will be eating what we prepare, so come with a healthy appetite! Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.
