If you’re craving a tropical island start to your weekend morning, join us for a Caribbean brunch. With its delicious mix of exotic spices and fresh fruit flavors, this meal will have you imagining you are dining while gazing into the deep blue water of the Caribbean Sea! Enjoy passionfruit mimosas and coffee while you create your feast.

Menu:
Island Crab, Corn, and Bacon Fritters with a House Made Lemon Cilantro Aioli
Caribbean Coconut Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Salsa, Avocado, and Shredded Purple Cabbage
Jamaican Rice with Gungo Peas – Learn how to make traditional rice and peas
Key Lime Pie – a classic island treat with chef-made whipped cream

Pricing:
$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
