Celebrate Bastille Day with a delightful brunch that captures the essence of French cuisine! Join us for a hands-on brunch where you’ll learn to prepare a variety of classic French dishes. From quiche Lorraine to crepes suzette, this class will immerse you in the art of French cooking and elevate your culinary skills. Complimentary mimosas, wine, and coffee will be served during the cooking experience. Bon appétit!

Menu:
Smoked Salmon Tart with Fresh Cucumbers, Dill, Capers, and Creamy Goat Cheese
Quiche Lorraine – Guest made crust filled with egg base, bacon, gruyere, and onion
Ratatouille – Vibrant vegetable medley of zucchini, eggplant, squash, and more!
French Side Salad – Light fresh salad with lemon vinaigrette
Crepe Suzette – Delicate crepes flambeed in an orange sauce topped with whipped cream

Pricing:
$70 per ticket
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
