Embrace the spirit of Bastille Day with a delightful afternoon celebration, where you’ll learn to create a variety of classic French dishes. Our chefs will teach you how to make escargot, the quintessential French appetizer, to crème brûlée, one of the most popular French desserts. Join us for an afternoon of culinary fun and celebrating French culture!  Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience. Bon appétit!

Menu:
Escargot – Snails with mushrooms, onions, and herbed butter over puff pastry
Salmon en Papillote – Salmon cooked in parchment with zucchini, onions, butter, and dill
Goat Cheese and Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes
Roasted Asparagus with a Champagne Citrus Vinaigrette
Classic Vanilla Crème Brûlée with Fresh Berries

Pricing:
$80 per ticket
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
