Explore the delicious results when we blend familiar American flavors with Asian cuisine! This tasty food is being served in some of the trendiest restaurants around the world, and now you can have some fun learning to intermingle the flavors of these two countries. You’ll learn how to perfectly sear salmon and make a delectable quick kimchi that will impress any guest.  Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.

Pricing: $80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
