An Evening in Spain

Take a stroll down the streets of Barcelona and Madrid without ever leaving Florida. In the class we’ll create some delicious dishes Spain is known for, including fried chipirones, steak with chimichurri, and we’ll finish the night with crema Catalana. Enjoy complimentary sangria and wine during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Fried Chipirones – Fried calamari served with a garlic aioli
Seared Flank Steak with Guest Made Chimichurri
Patatas Bravas – Fried paprika potatoes
Roasted Asparagus
Crema Catalana – Similar to crème bruleè!
Pricing:
$80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if your enjoyed your cooking experience.
