Join us for a fun evening of Italian cooking! Get transported to the largest Mediterranean island off the “toe” of Italy’s foot. Our chef will guide you through the menu as you create your own Italian feast to enjoy at the end of the evening. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Spinach and Mozzarella Arancini with House Made Marinara – Fried risotto balls
Palermo Style Seared Steak – Panko crusted steak with cherry tomatoes and capers
Creamy Parmesan Polenta
Roasted Broccoli
Mousse al Cloccolato – Italian chocolate mousse!
Pricing: $85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
