Join us for an afternoon reminiscent of sitting in a French bistro enjoying the delightful sights and sounds of Paris. We will use classic French recipes to craft both sweet and savory dishes. Complimentary Mimosas and wine will be served during the cooking experience. Bon appétit!

Menu:
Spinach and Mushroom Crepes Topped with a Rich Mornay Sauce
Pâte à Choux – a delicate pastry dough used in many French pastries
French Crullers and Eclairs topped with Chocolate Ganache
Ham and Gruyere Gougeres with Thyme and a Hint of Nutmeg

Pricing:
Adults and children 13 or older: $65
Children up to 12 years old with a Registered Adult: $50 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. If you and your child would like to make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
