Memorial Day Weekend Feast

Celebrate Memorial Day weekend by making a delicious feast with family and friends! We’ll make some fun, patriotic recipes and enjoy the holiday vibes. Complimentary lemonade, beer, and wine will be served.
Cheesy Black Bean Avocado Dip with Tortilla Chips
BBQ Chicken Bacon Pineapple Kabobs – tender chicken grilled with pineapple and bacon then slathered with guest-made BBQ sauce
Loaded Baked Potato Skins – deliciously crispy exterior and fully loaded with bacon, cheese and green onions
Garden Vegetable Caprese Salad – with fresh vegetables, mozzarella, and a guest-made red wine vinaigrette
Good Ole Red, White and Blue Shortcake – topped with strawberries, blueberries, and freshly house-made whipped cream
Adults and children 13 or older: $65
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $50 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
