Our pastry chef reveals trade secrets for decorating cakes using Italian and American buttercream frosting and a chocolate glaze drip. You will learn and practice the art of leveling, applying a crumb coat. Then get your creative juices flowing as you learn to apply a top coat of frosting and decorate your cake by piping frosting different designs, including rosettes, swirls, ruffles, and borders like shells and pearls. The chef will also share tips for adding lettering on your cake. Note: guests will learn to decorate using pre-made cake layers which have been thoroughly cooled and ready to be frosted. Complimentary mimosas served during class to adults.

Pricing:
Adults or children over the age of 10 coming alone: $60 per person
Bring a child up to age 14 with a Registered Adult for $40. (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one cake together. If you and your child would like to each make your own cake, please register for two adult tickets.
