Our chef will take you on a culinary journey of the many regions of Thailand! You will learn how the flavors of sweet, sour, and savory come together to make this country’s cuisine one of the most popular in Asia. Eat your way through summer rolls to chicken with noodles and vegetables. Then we’ll finish the night with mango sticky rice! You will be creating your meal, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Summer Rolls with Cabbage, Cucumber, Mango, and Herbs with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
Crispy Seared Chicken Thighs with Bok Choy, Peppers, Carrots, and more!
Peanut Noodle Salad with Cabbage, Edamame, and a Sweet and Spicy Peanut Sauce
Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niaow Ma Muang) – the heavenly classic Thai dessert

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
