Embark on a flavorful journey in our first ever Indian Fusion class, where traditional Indian cuisine meets global culinary techniques. Under the guidance of our chefs, you’ll learn to create a stunning meal that reimagines Indian classics with a modern twist. From appetizer to dessert, each dish showcases the harmony between Indian ingredients and international culinary styles. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Curry Mussels with Coconut Milk, Chickpeas, Spices, and Cilantro
Indian Marinaded Steak Tacos with Cucumber Raitta
Masala Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate Seeds
Indian Cabbage Slaw – With carrots, tomatoes, turmeric, peanuts, and cumin
Chai Creme Brulee – Traditional creme brulee with an Indian twist

Pricing:
$80 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
