Transport yourself to the idyllic charm of the French countryside in our enchanting evening class. Indulge in timeless flavors with rustic classic dishes like coq au vin and a luscious chocolate mousse. Just imagine sitting in a bistro enjoying the sights and sounds of this exquisite country as you feast on your meal. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
French Bistro Salad with Pears, Blue Cheese, Red Onions, Walnuts, and a Champagne Vinaigrette
Coq au Vin – Braised chicken in a hearty red wine sauce of bacon, mushrooms, and garlic
Pommes Puree – Rich creamy whipped potatoes
Roasted Honey and Garlic Brussels Sprouts
Silky French Chocolate Mousse

Pricing: 
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
