Take your taste buds on a culinary journey to the Mediterranean at JAX Cooking Studio. Learn to create a delicious and healthy brunch pulling inspiration from Greek, Lebanon, and Moroccan flavors using only the freshest ingredients. Our chefs will guide you through each recipe, starting with spanakopita, then moving to shakshuka with tabouli salad and Greek yogurt parfait, and finishing on a sweet note with baklava. Complimentary mimosas, coffee, and wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Menu:
Spanakopita – Traditional spinach pie
Shakshuka – Middle Eastern dish with eggs poached in a flavorful tomato sauce with peppers
Tabouli Salad – Salad made with bulgur wheat, fresh herbs, veggies, and lemon vinaigrette
Baklava – Flaky layers of phyllo and a cinnamon walnut crunch

Pricing: 
$70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
