Bangkok is the capital and most populated city in Thailand. This is where a culinary blend of sweet, sour, and savory flavors come together to make this city’s cuisine one of the most popular in Asia. Starting with a warm and satisfying Tom Yum Goong soup and chicken satay, then delving into sweet and sour chicken with drunken noodle, then finishing up with mango sticky rice. Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Tom Yum Goong – Thai style spicy shrimp soup
Gai Satay – Chicken skewers with a peanut dipping sauce
Sweet and Sour Bangkok Style Chicken
Pad Kee Mao – Also known as drunken noodles
Sweet Mango Sticky Rice

Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
