Luck O’ the Irish Dinner

Join us in the studio for an evening of fun celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! We will be preparing many scrumptious dishes that hail from the land of leprechauns and shamrocks. Our chef will guide you through each recipe then you will create your own Irish feast. Complimentary beer and wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Irish Beer Cheese Soup served with a slice of chef-made traditional Irish brown bread
Irish Stew Pie – two of our favorites things, stew and pie, blended together and chocked full of veggies and beef chunks
Colcannon – a traditional Irish dish of creamy mashed potatoes and green aromatics
Irish Apple Cake with Chef-made Bailey’s Custard Sauce
Pricing: $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
