We are lucky to live in Florida where seafood is abundant year round on the First Coast. Join us as our Chef teaches you to prepare a quick, impressive meal taking advantage of our coastal bounty. From fresh crab cakes to blackened grouper with a Cajun cream sauce, you’ll be in seafood heaven! We will finish the evening on a sweet Florida note by making a strawberry shortcake with whipped cream. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Fresh Crab Cakes with Lemon Caper Remoulade Sauce
Blackened Seared Grouper with Cajun Cream Sauce
Cheesy Grits with Garlic and Fresh Herbs
Roasted Asparagus with Lemon
Strawberry Shortcake with Homemade Whipped Cream

Pricing: 
$80 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
