Let’s have a little hair of the dog after St. Patrick’s Day and enjoy some whiskey! Move over wine, here comes whiskey to add complex flavor and deliciousness to our meal. We will put some spirit in our skillet to punch up the flavor of our steak! Then because whiskey lends itself to both savory and sweet dishes, we’ll get a little wild and add it to each of our courses from salad, to side, to dessert! Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
