Tex-Mex Fiesta

Explore the deliciousness of a blend of Texas and Mexican cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you to make a chorizo queso that will leave you wanting to scrape up every last bit with tortilla chips! Then we move on to the entrée–chimichangas with esquites and fresh side salad. We finish on a sweet note with tres leches cake. Complimentary wine will be served.

Menu:
Nachos with Chorizo Queso — Served with guacamole and pico de gallo
Guacamole and Pico de Gallo — Learn how quick and simple it is to make both guacamole and Pico for your nachos!
Chimichanga — Pan fried burrito stuffed with chicken, beans, and spices
Esquites – Mexican street corn salad with cheese, cilantro, lime, and mayo
Ensalada Verde – Fresh Side Salad of Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Onions, Olives, Red Wine Vinegar, and Olive Oil
Tres Leches Cake – Sweet end to the night

Pricing & Gratuity:
$75 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Age Policies:
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. 
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more. 
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. 

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
