Teen Night – From Scratch Lasagna

It’s Teen Night at JAX Cooking Studio. Learn essential cooking techniques while having fun! Our expert chefs will help teens build confidence and independence in the kitchen. 

Menu:
Fresh Italian Chopped Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette
Pasta from Scratch – Learn the tips and tricks to making the perfect pasta dough
Bolognese Sauce – Hearty meat sauce to fill the layers of lasagna
Ricotta Cheese Filling – Simple yet creamy filling for your lasagna
Bread Pudding with Vanilla Glaze- Sweet end to the night

Pricing & Gratuity:
$75 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket. (Yes–you can cook with your partner(s)!)
$155 Chef’s Kitchen for 2
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen, you can still cook with your partner.)

Age Policies:
All attendees require a ticket.
This class is intended for teenagers, with or without a partner.
Teens may register without an adult, but adults should not register for this class unless they are accompanied by their teen child.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
