Learning to make some of Tokyo’s most loved foods in this action-packed class! Come hungry to enjoy the Japanese spread you make. From fan favorite miso soup and smoked salmon sushi to tonkatsu and soba noodles you’ll learn something new and exciting and leave full and happy! Complimentary wine and sake will be served during the cooking experience.
Miso Soup – Traditional soup made with miso paste
*Smoked Salmon Roll – Smoked salmon, cucumber, and cream cheese
Tonkatsu – Breaded and fried pork chop served with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce
Soba Noodles – With sesame soy sauce, shredded carrots, and bean sprouts
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
