Taste of the Tropics

Come sail away to a tropical paradise at JAX Cooking Studio! Our chef will guide you on a tropical journey which includes cooking a flavorful appetizer of crab cakes with pineapple salsa and entrée of mango pork with collard greens and rice. We’ll finish our feast on a sweet note with a guava cake that is out of this world. Enjoy complimentary wine during the class.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
