Our chef will take you on a culinary journey of the many regions of Thailand! In this popular class you will learn about the spices and ingredients that make this country’s cuisine one of the most popular in Asia. From fan favorite chicken lettuce wraps to green curry with shrimp you’ll impress your friends and family. You will be creating your dinner, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Crispy Thai Egg Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce – Learn how easy it is to make your own egg rolls!
Green Curry with Shrimp – This authentic Thai dish uses coconut milk, green curry, and plenty of shrimp and vegetables
House Made Jasmine Rice
Cucumber Salad – Light and fresh salad that it’ll be a great side for our curry dish

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
