Tacos and Tequila

Come celebrate Cinco de Mayo, tacos and tequila style at JAX Cooking Studio! Let’s get loco using tequila to craft popular South of the Border favorites in an Americana fashion. From appetizer to dessert there will be tequila in every course! Wine-based margaritas and a variety of other wines will be served during the cooking experience.

Shrimp Queso and Tortilla Chips – Cheesy appetizer upgraded with tequila
Lime Flank Steak Tacos with Shredded Red Cabbage, House-Roasted Corn, and Other Toppings
Cilantro Lime Rice – See how simple yet flavorful it is to make your own rice
Tequila Fruit Salad – Side dish that’s refreshing and swimming in tequila
Margarita Cheesecake Mousse – Sweet way to end the night!

Pricing:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
