Come learn how to roll your very own sushi at JAX Cooking Studio! In this fun hands-on class, you will learn to roll sushi on mat, to use tempura batter to fry, and to artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints, you will learn how easy it is to make sushi in your own kitchen! Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.
*Spicy Tuna Avocado Roll — Simple yet delicious tuna elevated with avocado and sriracha mayo
*Crab and Pineapple Roll — Crab and Pineapple with a scallion cream cheese
*Fancy Dragon Roll — This is an inside out roll made with lightly fried shrimp, smoked salmon, cucumber and avocado, fish egg on top
Tempura Vegetables — Assorted vegetables lightly fried and served with yum yum sauce
Japanese House Salad — Often served at Hibachi restaurants, this ginger dressing will be made by guest

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
