Come celebrate Valentine’s weekend with your sweetie! Join us in the studio with for a romantic afternoon learning to cook surf and turf! This meal will be sure to please your palate! Finish the evening with a decadent strawberry shortcake. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Prime Sirloin Steak and Lobster Oscar
Asparagus with Béarnaise Sauce
Hasselback Potatoes with Cheddar, Bacon, Sour Cream, and Scallions
Strawberry Shortcake with Grand Marnier Strawberry Compote and Chantilly Cream

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
