Come celebrate Mother’s Day at JAX Cooking Studio! Join us in the studio with for a fun filled afternoon learning to cook surf and turf! This meal will be sure to please your palate from oysters Rockefeller, to seared steak with bacon wrapped scallops! We’ll finish the evening with a decadent strawberry shortcake. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Oysters Rockefeller – Baked oysters with bacon, spinach, parmesan, and panko
Pepper Crusted Steak with a Creamy Mushroom Brandy Sauce and Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Oven Roasted Asparagus with Garlic and Lemon
Buttery Garlic and Herb Smashed Potatoes
Strawberry Shortcake with Grand Marnier Strawberry Compote and Chantilly Cream

Pricing: 
$100 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
