From an heirloom tomato and burrata salad to a slow roasted lemon herb chicken over a summer pasta primavera, we’ll finish the night with a satisfying berry tart. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or culinary enthusiast, this class promises to inspire and delight your senses. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Salad with Fresh Herbs and Balsamic Drizzle
Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken with Onions, Garlic, Rosemary and Thyme
Summer Pasta Primavera – Learn how easy it is to make from scratch pasta dough
Summer Sauce – With sauteed zucchini, corn, tomatoes, peas, and cheesy cream sauce for the primavera
Mixed Berry Tart with Guest Made Crust, Topped with Whipped Cream

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
