Summer Cooking for Older Kids: Chicken Alfredo

Whether you are preparing your child to fly the nest and want him to learn to make inexpensive, healthy meals, or whether you just want to hang out with her in a fun interactive setting, our Monday evening summer classes are for you! Join us for a fun evening with friends or family making a pasta dinner from-scratch. You’ll learn to make pasta, a delicious creamy Alfredo sauce, sautéed chicken, and a crave-worthy Chocolate Mousse. Complimentary wine will be served to adults during the cooking experience.

Ages: This class is appropriate for children 12 or older coming alone, or adults coming with a child 10 or older.

Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken
Chocolate Mousse with House-made Whipped Cream

Pricing:
$65 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
