Our chef will take you on a culinary journey of Taiwan Street Food! Why settle on one dish when you can have four different tastes of the Taiwan Night Market. You will expand your taste buds by creating your own island dishes, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Classic Taiwanese Bubble Tea – brown sugar bubble tea with black tea and boba
Scallion Pancake – a traditional flaky, crispy seared flatbread loaded w/ fresh scallion and sesame oil
Taiwanese Sticky-Rice Sausage – Taiwan’s answer to the hot dog, BBQ Chinese sausage wrapped in warm pan-fried sticky rice topped w/ cucumber, fresh garlic, and Chinese mustard
Night Market Popcorn Chicken – crispy double fried chicken thighs with crispy basil and tons of salt and pepper. Perfect with a cold drink and hot sauce!

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
