Head to JAX Cooking Studio for this fun and delicious filled class! Our experienced chef will share professional tips and tricks for making soufflés that are light, fluffy, and delectable. Then we will put these tips into action making savory and sweet soufflés. Whether you’re a steak lover or a souffle aficionado, this class is sure to be a fun and educational evening! Enjoy complimentary wine during the cooking experience!

Fresh Chopped Salad with Tomatoes, Red Onion, Goat Cheese, Walnuts, and Poppy Seed Dressing
Seared Prime Sirloin Steak with Cabernet Herbed Pan Sauce
Creamy Pommé Cheese Soufflé with Cheddar and Parmesan
Roasted Carrots with Fresh Herbs
Silky Chocolate Soufflé with Chantilly Cream

Pricing: 
$85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
