Let’s celebrate the bounty of the season with fresh and vibrant flavors. Join us for a hands-on culinary experience as we explore delicious recipes perfect for brunch gatherings. Using the freshest seasonal ingredients to mastering cooking techniques that highlight the best flavors of spring, you’ll be a master chef in no time. Mimosas and coffee will be served during the cooking experience.

Spring Peas, Cherry Tomato, Bacon, and Basil Tart
Asparagus, Goat Cheese, and Mushroom Quiche with Guest Made Pie Crust
Strawberry Spinach Salad, Feta Cheese, Candied Nuts, and a Poppy Seed Vinaigrette
Maple Pork Sausage with Fresh Herbs
Lemon Blueberry Waffles with Lemon Whipped Cream

Price:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
