Tapas refers to Spanish small plates enjoyed before dinner or late in the evening. Kick back and enjoy crafting a bounty of delicious Spanish tapas as the chef shares tips and tricks to easily prepare and artfully present these delicious small plates. Enjoy complimentary sangria and wine during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Chorizo and Manchego and Drizzled with Honey
Mussels in White Wine and Garlic with Toasted Bread
Albondigas – Spanish meatballs with tomato sauce
Champiñon con Gambas – Shrimp and Mushroom in White Wine Sauce
Flan with Orange Caramel Sauce

Pricing:
$80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if your enjoyed your cooking experience.
