Southwest cuisine is known for its use of spices, fresh vegetables, beef, and a whole lot of flavor! Enjoy an evening with your friends and family learning to cook some new southwest favorites. We’ll start the night with a twist on a cobb salad then enjoy a little bit of spicy and sweet with a lime marinated flank steak glazed in chipotle honey!
